How it works for suppliers

New customers, less waste, and a clear view of where you stand.

From a farm in Shropshire to a national wholesaler, any supplier can join TABLEVA and sell to restaurants wherever it delivers. Once TABLEVA checks you can deliver an order safely and on time, restaurants compare you on price, quality and how reliably you deliver.

Suppliers are half of TABLEVA. Every basket Luma builds is made of supplier offers, so the better your offer, the more often restaurants choose you, whether or not they've heard of you.

Restaurants find you without a sales call

When a restaurant on TABLEVA builds a basket, Luma looks at every supplier that delivers to its postcode, including ones it has never bought from. If your delivered price, quality and reliability are the best fit, you're in the basket.

Short-dated and surplus stock, sold in time

Post meat, fish, dairy and produce nearing its date at a lower price, and see how many restaurants nearby are forecast to need it before then. Anything still left can go to a local charity instead of the bin.

Orders that fit how you deliver

Set your delivery areas, days, lead times and minimum order once. Restaurants only see you where you deliver, and an order only reaches you when it meets your terms.

How restaurants compare suppliers
What you can do

Everything restaurants need to choose you.

List what you sell

Add your products and prices, then set where you deliver, which days and your minimum order.

Get found where you deliver

Food businesses on TABLEVA can find you and add you to their basket, even if they've never heard of you. Only those in your delivery areas can order from you.

Set delivery times by area

Next day nearby, three days further away. Restaurants see the time for their area, so those who order ahead can still choose you.

A fair market, by design

Paying for placement never changes who Luma recommends. Once you can deliver an order safely and on time, you're compared on price, quality and reliability, whether you're down the road or 200 miles away.

Clear short-dated stock

Offer meat and produce nearing its use-by date at a lower price, and see how many restaurants are forecast to need it in time.

Win on reliability

Restaurants rate quality and delivery, and your on-time record builds with every order.

Test your offer privately

Try a new price, delivery charge, minimum order, delivery day or stock level in the Competitiveness Lab and see what an order would cost a restaurant, delivered, next to a comparable supplier's quote. Luma flags the changes that matter most, within the margin you set. Nothing you try is saved or shown to restaurants.

See what restaurants near you need

Restaurant Demand shows anonymised demand for the products you supply. Restaurant names and purchasing details are never shown.

Pass on surplus

List excess or short-dated stock for restaurants to reserve, or donate it to charities and community groups instead of throwing it away.

Luma: Plum tomatoes, tinned is your biggest lever. At £17.80 you'd sit mid-market and, on this model, make about £23 more a month, still above your floor.

Invented lines, quotes and a simple model, to show the idea. In your workspace the Lab uses your own catalogue and terms, and compares an order's delivered cost with a comparable quote you add. Nothing you try is saved or shown to restaurants.
