Terms of Service
Clear responsibilities for an evolving, business-only early-access service.
Early-access service
These terms apply to authorised business use of TABLEVA and are between you and TABLEVA LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17510922) whose registered office is Flat 37 Bentham House, 2-4 Station Way, London, England, SE18 6FJ (“TABLEVA”, “we”). By creating an account or using a workspace, you agree to them for yourself and, where authorised, your business. Any agreed commercial terms are identified in your service arrangements.
TABLEVA is an evolving early-access product. Features, availability and integrations may change. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or suitability for every business. Keep copies of important source records.
Accounts and authorised use
Provide accurate account information, protect credentials and ensure workspace members are authorised. Report suspected unauthorised access to the TABLEVA support address listed below. You are responsible for activity within the permissions you grant.
Data and food-safety responsibilities
You retain rights in information you provide and permit TABLEVA to process it to deliver the service. You must have authority to upload or import it. Check source records, product mappings, quantities, prices and dates before relying on them.
Your business remains responsible for food safety, storage, allergens, traceability, labelling, transport and regulatory decisions. System checks do not replace professional judgement or compliance. Unsafe, expired or recalled food must not be offered; redistribution must meet the rules applicable to your business and product.
Luma, value and approval
Luma provides decision support based on available evidence. Forecasts, matches and recommendations may be incomplete or wrong and do not guarantee savings, profit or waste reduction. Opportunities are not verified realised savings; donations and community value remain separate.
You approve material actions before they proceed. Supported automation requires explicit authorisation and applicable guardrails. Recommendations alone do not send orders or publish listings. Check the action, evidence and confirmation state rather than assuming it completed.
Suppliers and configured providers
Supplier and public-source prices, stock, delivery terms and product details may be stale or need direct verification. Advertised stock is not guaranteed stock. A listing is not an endorsement or a promise that a supplier will accept an order. Commercial supply arrangements remain subject to the relevant parties’ agreement.
Payment, billing and POS features operate only when providers and permissions are configured. Provider terms may apply. Do not assume a connection, payment, reservation or order is live without a confirmed status.
Charges and commercial terms
Paid plans, trials, usage restrictions, renewals, cancellation and charging arrangements must be disclosed in the applicable account offer before agreement. These terms do not replace a specific agreed price or authorise undisclosed charges. An unconfigured payment service must not represent a charge as completed.
Acceptable use
Do not access another business’s private information without permission, bypass security or usage controls, submit misleading supplier or safety information, manipulate savings evidence, introduce malicious files, infringe others’ rights or use the service unlawfully. Do not probe or disrupt the service without written authorisation. Public demos are illustrative and cannot create live transactions.
Suspension and termination
We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, unlawful activity, serious misuse or non-payment under agreed commercial terms. Where practical, we will explain why and provide an opportunity to resolve it. You can stop using the service and request closure through your available operator contact channel; separate cancellation and retention arrangements still apply.
Intellectual property
The software, design, branding and service materials remain the property of their respective owners. Using the service does not transfer ownership. You retain rights in your source information. Third-party products and marks belong to their respective owners.
Responsibility and liability
We will exercise reasonable care in providing the service. Subject to applicable law, we are not responsible for business outcomes that were not promised, or losses caused solely by inaccurate customer data, unauthorised use or decisions taken contrary to available safety evidence. Responsibility for other losses depends on the facts, causation and any valid agreed commercial provisions.
Nothing excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything that cannot lawfully be excluded. Early access does not remove legal duties or impose an arbitrary liability cap.
Contact, changes and applicable law
For questions or support, email help@tableva.ai or write to TABLEVA LTD at its registered office: Flat 37 Bentham House, 2-4 Station Way, London, England, SE18 6FJ. Material changes to these terms will be communicated appropriately; revised terms do not retrospectively change an agreed charge.
These terms are written for UK business use. Applicable law and jurisdiction are determined by law and any valid service agreement with TABLEVA LTD. Mandatory legal rights are unaffected.
